I truly appreciate the opportunity to meet you where you’re at and create a space that feels safe, supportive, and free of judgment as you begin (or continue) your therapy journey.
My practice focuses on supporting individuals navigating personality disorders (particularly Borderline Personality Disorder), trauma, working with Indigenous populations, youth, and more. I’m passionate about helping people build emotion regulation skills, live in alignment with their values, manage relationship challenges, and process difficult past experiences.
I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches—including DBT, ACT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic, Solution-Focused Therapy, etc. —and tailor each session to your needs. Some clients prefer a more structured approach with tools like worksheets, while others are looking for a calm, open space to reflect and process, or even a mix of both. I’m happy to meet you in whichever way works best for you.
Outside of my work as a therapist, you’ll find me spending time with my husband and our three children, soaking up the beauty of Northern Ontario—whether biking, skiing, or unwinding with a fun but intense board game.
